    Hunter is a lifelong athlete who discovered weight training and never looked back. The confidence and self respect he gained through consistent training changed not only his view on fitness, but his outlook on life. He now guides others to find similar change and improve themselves through exercise.

    She teaches safe, effective techniques that deliver real, lasting results—and equips you with the tools to maintain them for life. Your fitness journey will challenge you physically, mentally, and emotionally, but Jackie will design a custom road map just for you. She’ll guide you every step of the way—until you’re ready to take the wheel with confidence.

A proud Navy veteran, Griffin transitioned from serving his country to serving his community—channeling his passion for physical excellence into empowering others on their fitness journeys. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing the next level of athletic performance, his mission is simple: help you find your "why" and turn it into results.   • Patrick Ragan

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Patrick’s journey into fitness wasn’t linear. Though he was active in his youth, he became increasingly sedentary during his teenage years. By age 24, faced with the loss of his physical capabilities, he made the decision to transform his health and never look back.

    Early in his fitness journey, Patrick trained under the guidance of his brother-in-law, a certified personal trainer. Experiencing firsthand the confidence and foundational knowledge a trainer can provide, he was inspired to pursue a path where he could offer the same to others.

    Patrick studied Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Anne Arundel Community College before earning his certification as a personal trainer. Since then, he’s been passionate about helping others reconnect with what their bodies are capable of—crushing old limits and setting new ones.

    If strength is your goal, failure is where it starts… It’s about doing whatever you can, until you can’t.

  • Holly Reed

    NASM and ACE Certified Trainer

    With over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Holly Reed is a dedicated personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from The Pennsylvania State University. A lifelong athlete, Holly has remained physically active throughout her life and has completed the Army Ten-Miler multiple times.

    Holly enjoys biking, swimming, and walking, and brings that same enthusiasm to her personal training sessions. She specializes in improving cardiovascular stamina and endurance, balance, strength training, and flexibility. Her diverse clientele includes men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

    Holly is passionate about helping clients connect their personal training to real-life functionality and everyday movement.

    She has a particular focus on Senior Functional Training and Individuals new to fitness or returning after a break

    Her approach is supportive, motivating, and rooted in a deep understanding of how movement enhances overall well-being

Meet your Club Manager

GINA MICHIE - GENERAL MANAGER

Gina has always  been dedicated to health and fitness and helping people. She joined Edgewater Fitness as a member in 2013, and worked out there so much, she was asked to join the EF team as a Sales Advisor in 2016.  Because of her excellent customer service, a Member Relations Director position was created for her in 2017.  Fast forward to 2024, Gina  has been promoted to General Manager at EF, where she continues to be devoted to assisting our members with whatever they need to successfully attain their fitness goals…cheering them on every step of the way.

Gina graduated Cum Laude from the University Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Sports Management. She was a nationally ranked diver on the UMass Womens Swimming and Diving team.

Gina loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys working out, all sports, cooking, entertaining and traveling.
